The Timashevsk district of Krasnodar region to present a promising investment project in the consumer sphere

The municipality offers to invest in to the project on the construction of a shopping & entertainment mall in Timashevsk.

The project provides for the construction of a modern shopping & entertainment mall. A one-tier building will be located on the area of 2.8 hectares at the point of intersection of the most active transportation flows (str.Transportnaya, highway "Ejsk-Krasnodar"). The total area of the mall will make 19,000 sq.m. The visitors of the center will be residents and guests of the Timashevsk district.

A business was developed for the investment project. The project needs 426.4 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 9 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 30 new jobs.

A land plot of 28,007 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Timashevsk city. There is a local road, Transportnaya Street (0.35km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar-Yeysk" is 0.02 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 75 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Timashevskaya is 7.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 85 km, and to the seaport of  Novorossiysk is 160 km.
