The Timashevsk district of Krasnodar region to present a promising project in the consumer sphere

The investors are offered to finance the project on the construction of a logistics center.

The need for the construction of a logistics center in the district is conditioned by the economic growth. It is related to the expansion of importers’ business, production and merchandising chains of the Timashevsk district and Krasnodar region. Duetothis fact, the demand for warehouse spaces and different kinds of services mediating the inventory flow is growing. A logistics center, comprised of a warehousing complex for cargo storage, a site for maneuvering and parking of overweight vehicles, an office building and additional structures of the total area of 18,000 sq.m., will be built in Timashevsk over an area of 20 hectares.

À feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 37.9 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 116 new jobs.

A land plot of 20,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Timashevsk city. There is a local road, Sovetskaya Street (0.01km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Northern bypass of the Timashevsk city" is 0.3 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 80 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Timashevskaya is 3.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 100 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 157 km.
