Timashevsk district presents a promising investment project (consumer sector)

The municipality offers the investors to participate in the implementation of a promising investment project on the construction of a parking lot.

It is planned to build a parking lot for 342 car units in the farmstead of Leninskiy (Krasnodar region). As planned, the parking lot will be meant for automobiles of different tonnage (100 units are allotted for freight vehicles). The services of the parking lot will be of demand among residents of Novoleninskiy settlement, business travelers and residents of neighboring populated areas. The construction of the parking lot is determined by the generated demand for similar services and lack of competitors in the area of construction. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 20.4 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 10 new jobs.

A land plot of 16,380 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is in Leninskiy farmstead. There is a local road, Kosmonavtov Street (5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeysk city" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Timashevsk city is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 80 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Timashevskaya is 17 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 87 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 200 km.
