Timashevsk district presents a promising investment project in the social sphere

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to participate in investing of a project on the construction of a sports complex with a swimming pool.

To meet the demand for sport services formed in the district it is planned to build a multi-functional complex in the city of Timashevsk of Krasnodar region. The lack of similar facilities in the district and the existence of a consumer demand ensure the investment attractiveness of the project. A two-storey building will be eventually built: swimming pool, hall for preparatory exercises, gyms for different kinds of sports.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 116.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 76 new jobs.

A land plot of 8,079 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Timashevsk city. There is a local road, Rabochaya Street (0.18km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeysk city" is 1.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 75 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Timashevsk is 9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 85 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 127 km.
