Timashevsk district presents an investment project on the construction of a processing enterprise

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to finance an investment project on the construction of an enterprise on processing agricultural products (flour-cereal enterprise with a cereal-packaging workshop).

It is planned to implement a project on the construction of an enterprise on processing agricultural products (flour-cereal enterprise with a cereal-packaging workshop) in Timashevsk district of Krasnodar region. According to the calculations, the estimated capacity will make: cereal packaging in the second year will reach 51%, (1,200 tons per year), and in the fifth year of the project implementation – 90%, (2,100 tons per year). Primarily, the prospective consumers of the products will be production enterprises specialized on cereal production and wholesale companies located exclusively in Timashevsk district.   

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 114.5 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 5 years, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 48 new jobs.

A land plot of 80,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Timashevsk city. There is a local road, Rovnaya Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeysk city" is 0.25 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 85 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Timashevskaya is 1.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 90 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 203 km.
