Timashevsk district presents an investment project on the construction of a thermal power station

The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a Timashevsk combined cycle cogeneration plant – 180MW with a prospect of building up capacity up to combined cycle cogeneration plant – 360MW.

The project is to be implemented in Timashevsk. It is planned to establish a state-of-the-art energy efficient combined steam and gas power plant of the capacity of 180MW including the related buildings and substation. The installed power capacity of the combined cycle cogeneration plant will make 180MW, the thermal energy release volume – 108Gcal/h. The release of power and thermal energy of the following nominals is envisaged: power energy of 220kV voltage, capacity up to 100MVA to the Federal network; power energy of 100 kV voltage, capacity up to 180MW to the regional network; power energy of 27.5 kV voltage, capacity up to 25MWto the railway substation of OJSC "Russian Railway"; power energy of 10.5 kV voltage, capacity up to 25MW to the distribution substation of industrial park of Timashevsk; technical quality steam of capacity up to 89.5 MW under the pressure of 18 bar; hot process water, capacity up to 29.4 MW. The heat power station will supply large industrial enterprises and community of the city with power and thermal energy.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 22,020.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 4 years, and the return on investment period is 6.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 77 new jobs.

A land plot of 146,487 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Timashevsk city. There is a local road, Rovnaya Street (4km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeysk city" is 4 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 74 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Timashevskaya is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 86 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 163 km.
